During my career, I’ve built multiple successful global learning teams from the ground up and am energized by the challenge of scaling the L&D infrastructures of high growth organizations to support successful business evolution and expansion. Launched and led first-ever global learning team (13 team members) dedicated to fostering a culture of learning at GLG in support of fast-paced business growth and evolution. Designed and facilitated hallmark leadership development summits tailored toward participants’ experience level; training content included Coaching, Strategic Leadership, Effective Performance Management, Servant Leadership, and more. Led employee engagement efforts for GLG’s 1800+ employees through wellness initiatives, volunteer opportunities, interest-based clubs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
