About

Director of UK Delivery at Talent (part of the Swipejobs group), leading contractor & permanent delivery, client relationship management and strategic account development across the UK, US and Europe. My teams deliver full workforce solutions — Permanent, Contract and Executive Search — into a portfolio of key clients as well as MSP and RPO clients, spanning global technology and software companies, major UK retail brands, and higher education institutions. Across the team we bring a range of specialisms, underpinned by forensic sourcing and deep market knowledge to deliver an outstanding service to our clients. My own work sits at the intersection of commercial delivery and risk — building and growing teams from the ground up, developing strategic account partnerships, designing operating models, and leading global workforce integration and compliance work, drawing on a trusted network of specialist advisors where needed. Nearly two decades in tech and digital recruitment, with almost 20 years industry experience, growing from Delivery Consultant, Account Manager through to Director with full team, P&L and client relationship ownership throughout.
