As a member of the service design team, I improved the functionality and user experience of Hungary’s largest invoicing software, which is used daily by 900,000 domestic businesses.
I provided mentorship to a team of four during an 10-week course where students worked on a fictional project, learning UX design fundamentals. My achievements included improved project efficiency, fostering collaboration through weekly workshops, providing consistent feedback, and maintaining a goal-oriented approach. I take particular joy in the fact that team members not only found placements as UX professionals but are actively engaged in the local community.
I developed digital product strategies for web and mobile applications and designed their user experience as a UX designer and product consultant. Throughout my work, I participated in the design and launch of numerous major applications with millions of active users, such as Budapest GO, as well as the OTP Mobile and Internet Banking applications. In addition to designing user interfaces, I supported product and business decision-making for clients through UX research and workshop facilitation. Alongside project work, I also mentored junior colleagues and was responsible for developing and improving UX training materials and methodologies. Several of the products I designed have received internationally recognized design awards, including the Red Dot Award and the iF Design Award.
