I work in engineering operations, helping technical teams run smoothly and scale efficiently. Currently on the Build Operations (engineering, product, and design) team at Zapier, I focus on streamlining workflows, improving processes, and keeping Engineering, Product, and Design aligned with company goals. I’ve always been drawn to learning and growth - whether through earning my Master’s in Information Technology, getting certified as a PMP, or just figuring things out as I go. I enjoy creating space for new ideas and helping others, especially when it helps people feel more confident and connected. Teaching in Thailand early in my career shaped a lot of how I approach work: with curiosity, empathy, and an appreciation for different perspectives. I care about making things better - whether that’s how a process works, how a team communicates, or how someone feels showing up to work.

My passion for the English language, teaching, and communication drove me to make a meaningful impact on my students' education during a challenging time.
