Recruited, onboarded, led a team of 20+ to hit targeted KPIs successfully and consistently through variable market conditions. Advise schools, parents, and children on selecting literature for their age group, topic or curriculum. Facilitate new education material acquisition to classrooms and libraries through book fairs, grant programs and solicitations. Develop and implement themed reading programs. Plan and coordinate virtual buying parties to promote literacy in the home. Write, record and submit orders via the computer, delivery and collect payments for e-commerce sales.
Set the meeting agenda and presided at all monthly meetings for the PTA and Executive Board. Approved and signed all vendor contracts. Oversaw the general budget and authorized PTA checks and payments. Acted as PTA liason to the UESD Administration. Managed all LMS functions and maintained system databases - built courses, managed users, and tracked employee progress to improve training outcomes. Resolved computer related issues and entering all of the educational data into Grade Point for the hospitals trainings and mandatory online educational presentations. Maintained and coordinated all training programs for hospital staff, i.e. BLS, ACLS, PALS, along with other computer based instructor courses. Developed educational materials and handouts for classes that I taught to various Acension Health employees throughout the organization in addition to monthly student orientations. Facilitated and assisted with registration and organization of all class agendas and rosters, along with generating reports for management, hospital, and employee records. Assisted, maintained, and coordinated with the rest of my Learning Services team to facilitate the roll out of all trainings and successful implementation of our role in the Symphony Go-Live Project when Acesnion Health took over.
