I’m a strategic communications specialist with a passion for shaping clear, compelling narratives that move people and strengthen brands. My experience spans corporate storytelling, creative design, digital marketing and GenAI‑powered communication workflows. I’ve worked across internal and external communications, content strategy, video production and brand development, always with a focus on clarity, creativity and impact.
In the Global Communications team at SoftwareOne, I support executive communication, brand development and global content creation for 13,000+ employees, playing a key role in developing and rolling out the evolved SoftwareOne brand following the merger with Crayon — shaping messaging, visual storytelling and brand assets across global touchpoints. I work closely with the Executive Board on town halls, leadership messages and video communications, develop visual storytelling concepts, and contribute to brand‑related projects such as internal campaigns, narrative development and creative concepting. I manage core communication channels including SharePoint Online, the global newsletter and business update formats, while supporting creative work across web layout, branding and video production using Adobe Creative Cloud. Additionally, I develop GenAI‑enhanced workflows with tools like Microsoft Copilot, Adobe Firefly and Midjourney, and collaborate across HR, Marketing, Brand and IT to ensure consistent, engaging communication worldwide.
I supported the Communications and Marketing Team of the Technology & Innovation (T&I) Board Area by managing and updating the SAP BTP Community Page and overseeing incoming community questions. I contributed to internal communication initiatives including the T&Imes Newsletter, intranet and SharePoint content, design work using Adobe XD, and various internal event formats. I also helped create, organize and implement new event formats for conferences such as SAP TechEd, and supported the team with a range of organizational and administrative tasks, including monthly reporting, presentations and team events.
During my time as a working student at SoftwareOne, I supported the Global Digital Marketing Team by creating visual assets for global social media channels in Photoshop, writing teaser texts for campaigns and implementing content on the global website via a content management system. I designed Instagram visuals, researched and organised content for the monthly IT Insights blog article, and conducted research on a range of marketing and technology topics. Additionally, I develop strategies for communication and marketing tools, created How‑To guides, and supported the team in executing event follow‑ups.
As a working student in sales at Engelhorn the box, I was able to gain experiences in direct customer services by advising (potential) customers regarding their purchase decisions and conducting the sales process.
As a working student at the University of Mannheim sports institute, I produced photo and video material for the institute's website and social media channels, and supervised the institute gym.
