- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Sterile Project, supporting the successful opening and management of sterile consignments across Italy, in close collaboration with Supply Chain and business operations teams. - Independently managing regional operations and supporting the adoption of automation tools and new processes. - Onboarding, coaching, and training new team members, contributing to knowledge sharing, team capability, and operational continuity. - Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage SAP order entry for spinal surgeries for the Italian market, handling both emergency and planned procedures with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness. - Coordinate end-to-end logistics including product availability, urgent order processing, and organization of pickups and returns to support surgical requirements. - Collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, and clinical stakeholders to ensure smooth Order-to-Cash execution, compliance, and reliable customer support. - Record, Analyse, and resolve customer disputes including complaints, returns, shortages, and lead-time inquiries via phone and email, delivering timely and effective solutions.
