  As Co-Chair of the Feminist and Women’s Studies Association (UK and Ireland), with Dr Laura Clancy we: • Co-led approx. 300 members, 12 executive committee members and left the FSA with a six-fold fund increase • Oversaw the FSA’s accredited ‘nominating body’ status for the Research Excellence Framework (REF) • Co-launched a Mentoring Scheme for Early Career Researchers (2019), a Small Grants Scheme for feminists identifying as Black, Indigenous or People of Colour (2020), re-launched an Annual Book Prize with sponsorship from Emerald Publishing (2020), co-launched an electronic membership system (2020)
