I'm a software engineer at Uber. I love working around complexities and transform them into the smooth user experience. Prior to Uber, I graduated from IIT Guwahati in 2022.
- Working in Payment Compliance team to ensure we #DoTheRightThing in keeping Uber Compliant; Enforcing compliance regulations around the world. - We also build platform support to facilitate all the developers enforce these rules smoothly and for Ops agents to performs verifications on earners/spenders. - Primarily working with Golang, along with a bit of Reactjs. - Other techstacks : Kafka, Cadence, M3QL, etc.
Worked on creating a bulk action tool that helps agents process a large number of screening requests efficiently. The tools resulted in reducing ~week of work to a few hours, clearing thousands of backlog cases, increasing operational efficiency.
