• Responsible for coordination of inbound and Outbound shipment via AIR / SEA / ROAD from GCC & ROW, Handling DDU & DDP shipments, RO-RO shipments. Coordinated with overseas agents and arranging shipments from various vendors worldwide. • Responsible for preparation of customs documentations and special authority approvals ie SASO, MOFA, MOH, approval etc. • Expert in Classification of HS codes, based on data base provided by Dubai Customs. • Implementation of Standard operating procedures (SOPs’), maintaining KPI's & ensure timely billing. Negotiating rates with liners, Quotation follow ups, RFQ’s & routing orders. Full-fledged customer service for major accounts and responsible for daily operational activities. • Coordinating and preparing the documents for retail & wholesale deliveries to all shops located in UAE as well as out of UAE (Oman, Qatar, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain etc.)as per shops requirements and wholesale party orders. • Coordinating all the staff for the order picking and packing • Inspect materials on arrival at store in terms of their part numbers and conformity with specifications. • Tallying the physical quantity with the suppliers Invoice quantity and making the short and excess report. • Check & confirm availability of technical specification, certification and documentation requirements for various materials indented. • Monitor & expedite schedules of deliveries for various raw materials, bought out items in coordination with freight forwarders for delivery. • Reporting day to day activities to the logistics manager • Assisting the managers to keep the minimum stock as per requirements and sales
AOG Order: Processing the order with Supplier / OEM and monitoring movement up to end user maintenance workshop. Routine Order: Monitor the consumption figures and lead time against spare parts and consumables, in coordination with maintenance planning and the stock inventory team to establish and maintain stock levels of consumable and spare parts. Sourcing: Finding the source of items form OEM or from supplier around the world, which is not available from the regular supplier as per customers’ requirements. Order Analyzing: Analyzing and comparing ordered parts with Illustrated Parts Catalogues (IPC) / Service Bulletins (SBs) with their parts number and description to make sure the correct parts ordered. Follow up: Maintain a regular follow up on each order with OEM / Supplier as per the requirement time fixed. Logistics / Freight forwards: Coordinating with Suppliers and Freight Forwarded to pick the parts and delivery to the end customer as soon as possible to meet the time line for maintenance and smooth operation of the fleets. Updating the client on time to time on their queries and orders. AOG: Maintaining stock of important and fast moving parts and consumable to meet the AOG requirements Scheduled Maintenance: Maintain the availability of the stock as per RSPL for each registered Helicopter on their scheduled maintenance as per Manufacturer recommended. Stock: Monitor the consumption of each parts and consumables in coordination with maintenance planning team to establish/adjust stock levels. Quality: Maintain and Updating the register of limited life items, and monitor the Expiry of each item which are in the stock. Certification: Validating and verifying the OEM and Airworthiness certification on each parts upon receiving and before delivering to the end user. (ESSA form ect) DG Stock: Monitoring DG stock to meet the storing requirement. SDR: Maintaining the SDR (Store Discrepancy report) and sharing and QC and management team.
