I have 19 years of total IT experience, spanning 11 years in Oracle EBS and Fusion Consulting and 8 years in Airline IT operations. As a Senior Project Manager at Mannai Infotech, I manage various implementation and support projects in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, for customers based in Qatar. I am also in charge for introducing few new product lines(Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE, Avo Automation and Odoo ERP) within the Enterprise Applications vertical. I managed the Oracle iProcurement implementation project for Qatar Central Bank. I was responsible for routine Project Management activities like Status Reporting, Resource Management, Issue and Risk Management and Handling Customer Escalations. The business objective for this project was to introduce the end-users to Oracle Fusion like experience, before starting the Fusion upgrade project. Managed the Oracle EBS support project for Anti-Doping Laboratory Qatar, covering various modules implemented within Financials, Supply Chain and Human Resources.
Managing the system administration, enhancement and support related tasks of Oracle E-Business Suite(General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Core HR, Payroll, Self Service HR, Inventory and Purchasing modules). Coordinating with Oracle Support and offshore DBA to resolve product related bugs, apply security and rollup patches as and when released by Oracle. Managing the system administration and support of the aircraft MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) application (Trax 15). Coordinating with Trax Support to resolve various web-logs raised. Currently managing the upgrade from Trax 15 to eMRO. System administration and support of the airline operations management system (ARMS - Airline Resource Management System). Coordinating with the vendor to resolve issues reported and track various change-requests to closure. System administration and support of the flight-tracking application (AIRCOM) and the secure messaging system (SITATEX) implemented by SITA. Managed the phase-out of the flight-planning software from SITA to NavBlue Flight Planning. Managed the phase-out of the EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) application from SITA Aviobook to Aviator, including the integration between NavBlue Flight Planning and Aviator via SFTP. Implemented the seamless integration between most of the above mentioned applications. I handle vendor management of the above mentioned applications, ensuring adherance to the contract scope, cost, support SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and facilitate in timely contract renewals.
Managed various enhancement and support related projects around Financials, Supply Chain, Human Resources & Payroll modules since March 2009, for Amiri Flight. Managed the Oracle ERP R12 Upgrade Project from December 2011 to April 2012, for Amiri Flight. Managed the implementation project of Oracle ERP 11i HRMS and Payroll modules from October 2010 to April 2011, for Amiri Flight. Worked as Project Manager for Oracle ERP 11i Financials implementation from June 2010 to February 2011, for Transfield Mannai. Worked as Supply Chain Consultant for Oracle ERP 11i implementation for Tadmur, from December 2009 to February 2009. Handled the Inventory implementation for two of the divisions within Tadmur. Actively involved in various Oracle ERP related sales presentations, proposals and pre-sales related activities. Helped integrating Oracle Unified Methodology within the Oracle E-BIZ implementation projects. Received ‘Award for Creative Excellence’ for the year 2010 and ‘Best Team Player’ award for the year 2009. Completed Oracle E-Business Suite 12 Supply Chain Certified Implementation Specialist: Oracle Inventory exam.
Provide Code, Data, Performance and Functional setup fixes in core Inventory and Receiving modules, to ERP customers from release 11.5.9, for issues which were found to be genuine by support team handling the service requests. Handled scenarios where customers were facing total loss of service. Played an active role in the coding phase of ‘Landed Cost Management Receiving Integrations’ project from the Receiving team, which was demonstrated at Oracle Open World and scheduled as a R12.1.1 release. Played an active role in the technical design and coding phase of the ‘On-hand Material Status’ project released as a R12.1 enhancement. Mentoring new joiners with internal techno-functional trainings in Inventory and Receiving module.
