Network Operations Specialist with hands-on experience in large-scale IP network operations, troubleshooting and production support across routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers and DNS platforms. Experienced in Juniper SRX firewalls, Juniper EX/MX routers & switches, F5 LTM/GTM and Infoblox DNS/IPAM within telecom production environments. • Network operations and support for large-scale IP networks including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Load Balancers and DNS platforms. • Hands-on operations of Juniper SRX 5800 firewalls including security policies, NAT, UTM, IDP, screening, session monitoring and traffic troubleshooting. • Support and troubleshooting of Juniper EX and MX series routers and switches in MPLS-based networks. • Routing and switching support involving BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs and VRF. • F5 LTM & GTM operations including VIPs, pools, nodes, health monitors, traffic steering and service availability monitoring. • Infoblox DNS operations including record management (A, AAAA, SRV, NAPTR, TXT), DNS resolution issues and service validation. • 24x7 network monitoring, fault isolation, root cause analysis and incident resolution. • Handling change management activities, configuration updates, upgrades and coordination with TAC and customer teams.
• Network operations support for IP and Packet Core networks with focus on routing, switching and firewall components. • Troubleshooting of routing and connectivity issues across VLANs, OSPF and MPLS networks. • Firewall policy validation and traffic flow troubleshooting. • Monitoring network elements and ensuring high availability of services. • Supporting planned activities, change execution and incident resolution.
