I'm currently a Drilling Engineer at Prima Energy with a strong technical and subsurface background, combining expertise in drilling operations, geomechanics, and reservoir characterization. Previously, I worked as a Field Engineer/Application Engineer specializing in Artificial Lift Solutions at SLB (Schlumberger), where I gained hands-on experience in optimizing production systems. During my master’s degree, I developed a 3D geomechanical model (Mechanical Earth Model - MEM) for an unconventional reservoir in the Central Sumatra Basin, Indonesia. This work provided critical insights that enhanced exploration strategies and decision-making. With 5+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, my expertise spans hydrocarbon exploration, including basin analysis, structural geology, geomechanics, seismic stratigraphy, reservoir characterization (lithoseismic classification, rock physics, and geostatistics), as well as energy transition technologies like Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS).     Responsible for the full project lifecycle: well planning, completion design, AFE management, drilling services tendering, regulatory engagement with SKK Migas, and operations support during execution. • Collaborate with subsurface team for drilling and well engineering for two offshore PSCs — Bawean (Java Sea) and NW Natuna (Ande-Ande Lumut/AAL & Kirana) — spanning well planning, completion design, AFE, tendering, and ops support. • Plan the AAL Field Development Drilling Campaign — Phase-1 (10 wells, 2027 spud) of a 26-well multi-phase plan — owning well design, Basis of Design, trajectory, BHA configuration, and Top Risk Mitigation framework. • Delivered the 2024 Bawean CW-1 & CW-2 development wells end-to-end via batch drilling — from SOW, AFE submission, and rig contracting to Final Well Report closeout, with full safety compliance throughout. • Generated AFE proposals for the 2026 Bawean Campaign (CS-5, CM-7, CS-3 Re-Entry) and managed AFE revision/approval cycles with SKK Migas (Pengendalian Biaya, Tim Keteknikan Pengeboran, Deputi Eksploitasi). • Led Jack-Up Rig market survey for the 2027 AAL campaign — evaluating 12+ international consortia — and drove farm-in negotiations • Lead completion design for AAL: Lower/Upper Completion, Open-Hole Gravel Pack (OHGP) for K-Sand and Cased-Hole Gravel Pack (CHGP) for G-Sand producers, plus Sand Retention Simulation tendering. • Own long-lead item procurement for AAL — Big-Bore Tubulars, OCTG, Wellhead, GRE Tubulars • Drove drilling digitalisation onboarding — secured trial licenses for SLB Drillplan, Halliburton Landmark, Oliasoft Well Design, and Peloton WellView; led Direct Selection tender for the chosen platform. • Primary technical interface for 20+ service companies across drilling, completion, and intervention scopes. • Co-authored 3 technical abstracts (all accepted) for IPA Convention 2026 and SPE/IADC Asia Pacific Drilling Technology Conference 2026 in collaboration with SLB and IPI.

Joined Batch 6 of the Jakarta Drilling Society program, along with around 90 other awardees. The program covers both technical and non-technical aspects of drilling, with classes taught by industry experts sharing real-world insights. We had sessions twice a week, focusing on technical topics and hands-on learning, along with regular tests to track our progress.

      During 3 months after being a Field Engineer, I was assigned to help with Jakarta operations as Application Engineer, while also doing job execution in the field. I was handling Pertamina EP Zone 7 Cirebon. In October 2022, I moved to Pekanbaru, Riau, to handle Pertamina Hulu Rokan, Minas Field, as Application Engineer. I did several responsibilities and outcomes, such as: • ESP Design to boost the production, VSD readiness, Invoicing, and maintaining communication to the client • Working on production optimization and reservoir analysis for the Artificial Lift application • Ensure the field operation (Pull and Install ESP) run safely based on the Standard Work Instruction and prioritize the HSE • Monitoring and troubleshooting the installed ESP, optimizing the well production through routine workover jobs. • In less than a year of working, I was responsible to ESP Design based on the IPR, handling more than 100 wells in the PHR Minas Field and ESP Contract. • Effectively mitigate the consequences of diminished ESP runlife in PHR Minas field.

      SKK Migas is a Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Businesses that maintains and monitors the exploration and exploitation activities in Indonesia. I worked under Departemen Realisasi Komitmen Eksplorasi. I did several responsibilities and outcomes, such as: • Actively involved in the internal meeting and project • Do the main project about the geomechanical analysis for unconventional exploration (Shale Oil) in Central Sumatra Basin using Techlog and Visage Petrel DELFI Platform from Schlumberger • Successfully calculating the wellbore stability and modeling the in-situ stress in 3D for the orientation of horizontal drilling based on geomechanical analysis • Successfully assist Regional 3 (Offshore Kutai and Western Indonesia) to evaluate the oil&gas contractors regarding the contract period and exploration activities • Evaluate the Working Area map from some contractors using QGis and the result was a new Working Area map
