I build marketing systems that turn AI and automation into revenue. I spent six years as a designer inside B2B and consumer companies (Thomson Reuters, BYJU'S, DiDi) before moving into full marketing ownership. For the last two years, I've been the sole marketing leader, first at MPA (Fibra Macquarie) and now at Joseph Design Build, running everything from go-to-market strategy to CRM architecture to full-funnel acquisition. That design background isn't a footnote. It's why I build systems that are both usable and on-brand, not just functional. I use tools like Claude Code, HubSpot, and Zapier to automate lead routing, build real-time reporting, and cut manual work out of campaign operations, freeing up time for the strategy and creative calls that actually move pipeline.
