I was also responsible for restocking shelves, checking expiration dates, and helping customers find items, always aiming to create a welcoming shopping environment. As a Remote Database and Web Domain Supervisor at Hoteles Inteligentes RB, my primary responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing the company’s database to ensure strong performance, reliability, and security across hotel-related systems. I analyze application behavior and SQL queries, adjust indexes and configuration parameters, and apply security patches or updates when needed. I also manage regular backups and restorations, scheduling and verifying backup routines and coordinating recovery tests to protect client data. In addition, I oversee the company’s web domain infrastructure, including hosting, DNS, and server environments, to keep the corporate website accessible and up to date. My role also involves working closely with the IT and development teams to implement website or database changes, as well as handling technical support requests through iTop, ensuring incidents and client issues are properly tracked, prioritized, and resolved efficiently.
I worked as a technician at Hoteles Inteligentes RB, a company specializing in technological security systems for hotels, such as access control, guest registration systems, and security features like locks and room lockboxes. My role was contacting hatel managers to schedule visits to installation sites and also visting to solve incidents. Installations consisted of removing old locks to be replaced by ours, verifying the operation of each one, and configuring the system for key card management at the reception.
I worked as a sales representative at Celio, a clothing brand. My responsibilities included assisting customers, recommending products, and maintaining store aesthetics.
