I’m a senior infrastructure and operations professional with 20+ years of hands-on experience across systems administration, virtualization, Microsoft 365, networking, security, and infrastructure support. My background started in SQL-based systems and application support and grew into broader infrastructure ownership across Windows Server, VMware, Hyper-V, endpoint management, identity and access, and network operations. I’m strongest in environments that need structure, stabilization, documentation, and practical modernization. Over the years, I’ve supported infrastructure upgrades, virtualization initiatives, Microsoft 365 and identity projects, cloud validation work in GCP, Azure migration efforts, network segmentation, and operational process improvement. I’ve also worked closely with vendors, security partners, and leadership teams to improve reliability, visibility, and long-term supportability. I’m usually brought into environments that have grown organically and need clearer ownership, better documentation, stronger operational discipline, and a more stable foundation for future growth.
