      In my new role within the EU D2C team, I lead a team of two people to deliver strategic initiatives that enhance knowledge management and continuous improvement across the European D2C ecosystem. My scope includes four key projects: • Playbook – Evolving our knowledge base by integrating best practices and emerging trends to ensure relevance for end users using AI and new trends to improve accessibility and agility. • School – Co-developing structured learning modules (School and CRM onboarding programs), in collaboration with the HR Learning & Development team. These modules are designed to support upskilling while enabling KPI tracking to monitor progress. • Assessment – Updating and simplifying the assessment framework, with the objective of identifying knowledge and experience gaps. These insights will inform targeted learning plans and reinforce the School initiative. • Communication Plan – Promoting collaboration and best practice sharing through the internal D2C Groupe SEB social network, strengthening engagement between central and local teams. The final mission is to empower every Groupe SEB and D2C team member to collaborate, grow, and achieve their ambitious business goals.
