Market Data Steward Role. Accountable in the market for all data activities, quality and governance: - Understands the data rules for the market cross capabilities. - Ensures local compliance to the data rules by the market data owners in finance, procurement, product, customer and consumer domains through active engagement with the various functional teams, taking ownership in driving data quality PDCA to fix the data - Ensures adherence to agreed data management ways of working and governance towards the data owners cross domains in the market; drives continuous improvement activities. - Takes ownership to organize data preparation and business validation in view of End to End programs data migration, engaging with market key users and data specialists - Manages local business data management activities - Enables business performance by acting as a champion and role model towards the users to drive good behavior on data creation, change and usage, driving data quality awareness in the market teams. IT BA Role. Support the Market Leadership team and the IT Business Partner in translating End to End global processes point of view to the local level: - Build business cases for proposed process change and IT initiatives. - Translate business requirements into IT solutions, in accordance with the business and IT strategy. - Analyze business processes and formulate proposals for IT solutions. - Lead/support the local deployment of both locally and globally initiated projects/programs. - Analyze problems in operations and make sure that the problems are solved within the requirements of the SLA and to the satisfaction of the user.
IT Business Partner function: • IT Ambassador • Business Engagement and Relation management • Collect, filter and ensure adequate answers to New IT Demand from the Business • Drive Business readiness and support deployment projects • Ensure Customer Satisfaction covering all IT Services • Business Escalation Management IT Application Specialist function: • Ensure that local users are making best use of available IT solutions • Involved in projects requirement specifications, final testing, rollout, training and decommissioning • Can initiate CR on behalf of users • Trusted advisor to users • Uses specific knowledge of site business activity and local processes to best apply overall IT applications • Provide statutory/culture-specific inputs to global projects • Avoidance of business disruption effective & timely maintenance and support resolution of local-only applications, including any development • Primary contact for all users for training, integration, operations
Administration and management of PCs, Servers and local network, participating in projects related to migration and implementation of new network technologies and servers. First Line support and responsible of the training program for all the organization regarding this area.
