• Coordinating the work schedule for Homecare Support workers belonging to my portfolio of clients, ensuring that they have the desired level of work and support. • Managing all facets of client service including increases, decreases, extensions including booking of community team and updating care plans. • Presenting reports regarding service provided from Support Workers and give recommendations to improve quality and reduce risks for both employees and clients when the service is provided. • Keeping track of incidents, complaints, and other pertinent information about client history or services provided to ensure proper traceability and procedural compliance. • Ensuring that the service is provided in accordance with the organization's standards and current regulations on health. Maintain continuous and polite communication with all parties interested in the provision of the service.
• Updating the national database of requests for personal protection equipment (PPE) made by support workers as well as keeping the company's information systems current in relation to PPE on a national level. • Determining the cost of PPE sent to support workers within New Zealand and manage the inventory of these items. • Respond timely and accurately to requests and consultations of support workers and other members of the company by multiple channels.
• Understanding, defining, and writing, franchise processes, policies, compliance, and essential information to provide from franchisors to franchisees to appropriately redefine their business model through potential opportunities found during work meetings. • Implementing five franchise projects according to the compromises and rules defined by the Colombian government tenders and other government organizations such as the Inter-American Development Bank and Propais. • Organizing and taking part in business events to draw new customers to the company.
• • Monitoring the convenience store sales performance and generating strategies for the marketing area to improve outcomes. Also, negotiate and analyse sales and performance of complementary services within the Petrol Stations belonging to Terpel nationwide including ATM`s, car insurance and other products like motor oil to mention some contracts in my charge. • Define store performance evaluation activities, including mystery shopper and other relevant data collection mechanisms for sales, service, and food handling. • Updating the information included in manuals and POS Systems that should be transmitted by the training company to the convenience store workers
•Documenting of the franchise manual systems , processes, legal requirements and others requested by client. I did for more than 20 companies across Latin America, specially Colombia and Panama. •Leading the project "Franquiciaslatam.com" in which we created a portal for advertise and sale franchises across Latin America.
Auditing public and mixed-nature businesses that were involved in the procurement, contracting, cash management, and special project processes. This , with the goal of verifying the proper implementation of controls within these organizations to prevent the materialization of risks and accordance to the appropriate regulations for each evaluated process. In total, 7 internal processes were evaluated for 3 companies to which I was assigned. The end result was an improvement in internal processes and a presentation of the findings to the appropriate internal control offices.
