Rosa Santana possesses over 15 years of experience in career development, talent acquisition, and human resources. Currently serving as the University Director of Career Development at Fairleigh Dickinson University, she oversees a team of professionals in the Metro, Florham, and Vancouver campuses dedicated to providing career counseling and placement assistance to students and alumni. Her mission is to empower individuals to enhance their careers with the Cuatro S Series. Rosa is a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers and the Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers. She is an EACE board member, Director, Diversity & Inclusion. Passionate about helping others achieve their fullest potential in their careers, personal development, and professional enrichment, Rosa Santana has a proven track record of delivering engaging presentations on various employment topics. She cultivates strong relationships with employers, organizations, and community partners, resulting in consistent streams of employment opportunities and collaborations. An active member and leader in several professional associations, Rosa Santana co-authors publications, organizes events, and mentors others. As an undergraduate, I held the President position. As an alumni, I held the District Director position where I managed 11 chapters containing over 100 members within the organization. In addition, held the Officer of Membership position, where training and instruction was facilitated Hosted several workshops and participated in various community service projects such as the 5th Ward Paterson Clean Up with Councilman Julio Tavarez, working with Food Banks, etc.
Focusing on increasing Member Recruitment and managing the business growth of the regional divisions.
