- As Marketing Manager, I had worked for sales / evacuation of crude oil produced from all the producing fields ONGC. Participated in Industry Meetings for sharing forward looking plans and optimal distribution among end consumers (Shore / in-land refineries) under diverse logistical constraints. Helped in formulation of Crude Oil Sales Agreements. Supplemented Marketing Group's endeavours in sales of Value Added Products from the Processing Plants located at Uran and Hazira. - While working in the Marketing Group, Mumbai I negotiated a short-term non-APM gas sales contract with Maharashtra State Electricity Board at a record price of US $ 11/MMBtu.
- As Head of Hydraulic Fracturing Group in Well Stimulation Services, Ahmedabad implemented many changes in job design, job execution and post job analysis to significantly improve performance of fracturing jobs. - I was one among twenty candidates selected from all over ONGC to do MBA (International Business) from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi. The course covered Marketing, Finance and Human Resource and Business Strategy for both national and international businesses.
