• Worked under food testing and R&D department. • Performed chemical & microbiological testing of food. • Knowledge of identifying various types of flavours , application of food preservatives, Antioxidants and shelf life study of food. • Handled instruments like Rancimat, Oxipress, Moisture Balance, Vortex mixer, Centrifuge, pH meter, Sonicator etc. • Demonstration of HPLC, GC, Spectrophotometer, OSI, etc. • Sensory evaluation practices.
