Managed operational wargaming and strategy development portfolio, driving the implementation of innovative wargaming capabilities that provided strategic options and decision space for the Department of the Army Senior Leaders and provided operational insights to theater commanders in the Indo-Pacific, Europe, and the U.S. Homeland. - Directed the planning and execution of analytic wargames to inform the Total Army Analysis (TAA) process that resulted in Army decisions on modernization, organization, and significant structural changes in over 20 years. - Built partnerships across the Department of Defense (DoD) enterprise to execute analytical wargames that informed the planning efforts to shape, size, and build the future force for the DoD. - Led a team of 20 military and civilian wargaming professionals, leveraging agile systems developed by our internal team to execute wargames that critically supported operational and strategic planning at the highest levels.
