The pleasant relations and communications I have with colleagues and customers alike give me a satisfied and happy feeling. I enjoy putting a smile on people’s faces. And they seem to enjoy it too! I thoroughly like working in a customer facing environment as I enjoy helping people, providing information to them and creating new relationships with customers as well as other staff members.
This role is the same as the previous at Airsource. I was part of the compliance team and I monitored Dutch agents. I made sure they adhered to CySec regulations when they spoke to the clients.
As part of the compliance team I monitor Dutch calls made by our employees to make sure they communicate according to regulations. The call monitoring reports I make of their mistakes are sent to the employees so they can review and correct them in future calls. I present them with warnings and fines that are issued by our head of compliance at head office. In addition I provide compliance training to new and existing employees.
