OBJECTIVE My primary field of interest is Oil and Gas onshore facilities MAINTENANCE and CAPEX Project Control engineer (planning and control); based on my 25 years experiences of managing projects (i.e. Planning & Scheduling, Budgeting, Cost Engineering, Benchmarking, Risk Management, Reporting, supervising) and quantity survey for Major and Portfolio project from multinational oil and gas brown field and onshore areas with strong SAP PM, MM & CO; MS project background skills with Middle-East project control experiences (involving: develop Iraqi staff through training and mentoring in project control tools and techniques) Specialties - Maintenance related cost and technical performance control - Project management procedures - Organizational supervision - Procurement management - Development of system supporting procedures (especially in SAP) SAP PM MM, SAP CO, PRIMAVERA, MS Project and Microsoft Offices.     The Project Control engineer works under the direction of NEOM Green Hydrogen Project Change Manager to support the Project Control needs of all Change Requests (CRs) with high complexity, by providing efficient control of performance, cost and schedule to prepare the necessary change management supporting documents. Developing and maintaining change management project control programs / systems for cost and performance analysis and tracking with strong SAP and Primavera P6 background skills.  Active participation on project Change Request (CR) planning, execution and closing process.  Determine tools necessary to meet budget and project forecast goals  Develop Change Management Plans, schedules and process workflow regarding NEOM Green Hydrogen Project, and understand and implement the needs of specific project scope changing tasks, related system requirements (Primavera P6, SAP), cost and performance control elements.  Contributing in resource and cost loaded processes into database, aligned with Job changing Scope estimates  Leading and supporting Change management meetings and discussions with Project Managers, Lead engineers, Customers, End users in order to be provided all the necessary supporting data for registering and tracking of Extra work, Change Request (CR) and Change Order (CO) Claims.  Perform appropriate Change Control and Risk Management procedures  Reconciliation of Change Request / Change Log files / Approved Change Database / Change Orders and Main Contractors cost and performance data in relation to scope changing activities.  Participate actively on daily/weekly organized change management calls with site team.  Ensure all change request (CR) hours, costs, performances, purchase orders, SAP activity, Area and Unit codes are correctly allocated to the relevant data systems and reconciled to site data as part of change management process.
