I have over 4 years of experience in management consulting and 2.5 years of experience in online and performance marketing, working in global environments and leading large teams. Currently, I work as the Head of International Markets at younity, where I lead a cross-functional team of +100 people, selling unique online / information products in the area of coaching, personal development and transformation. I'm deeply passionate about coaching, leadership and finding strategies to create an impact on this planet. Previously, I worked at Deloitte Consulting, where I directly worked with C-suite executive, designing and implementing new strategies and operating models, driving transformations and leading transitions (also in a tech / digital environment). I am also very passionate about entrepreneurship and start-ups. I co-created two start-ups (one in AI and one in the area of scientific research), where I wrote a full-fledged business plan, won start-up competition, sold our first 6 figure project and negotiated investor deals. If you catch me outside of work, I'm an adventurous traveller - 30 countries and counting - and an avid guitar player.

    Younity is an online publishing house with the focus on selling online courses in the area of personal development and coaching. I joined in 2019 when the start-up had 12 people and its focus was on the German market only. My mission was to scale up the business internationally, building a sustainable strategy and operating model to roll-out our concept to multiple countries. After 2.5 years, I was able to build a team of +100 people in over +50 countries, with a revenue of +18million. I was involved in designing an implementing a online marketing strategy for a global expansion (incl. email market, funnels, targeted ads, google analytics, copywriting, sales processes, etc.) setting up all financial and performance measurments and reporting, negotiated new deals for new products, while understanding the power of digital platforms, automation and online marketing in an global environment. We are reaching over 3m people globally with our funnels and sold over 50k products in 15 different languages.
