The Italian Trade Agency in Sydney is the trade promotion section of the Italian Embassy in Australia which promotes the internationalization of Italian companies and the 'Made in Italy' brand in Australia. Tasks and Responsibilities: -Provision of assistance and services for Italian companies and organisations, according to guidelines defined by the ITA-Italian Trade Agency (the trade promotion section of the Italian Embassy in Australia) for the food and beverage sector to develop business in the Australian and New Zealand markets. - Management and organisation of promotional activities and events, such as trade exhibitions in Australia (Fine Food Australia) and trade missions of Australian operators to Italy (Cibus, Tuttofood, Vinitaly, Sana). - Development of the presence of Italian companies of the food and beverage sector, their brands and products in Australia. -Liaising with: Department of Agriculture and Water Resources, Food Standards Australia and New Zealand , Freight forwarding companies, Customs in Australia, Italian Government Departments.
