💡 Most marketing strategies don’t fail because of bad ideas. They fail in execution. I learned that early, spending 15 years in international B2B events, where a brilliant strategy means nothing if nobody shows up. In events, execution is key. That mindset shaped the way I approached SaaS marketing.
