I’m a critical thinker and I love solving complex problems, always seeking the root cause to address a systemic change and not just the visual signs of the problem, with the aim to contribute to a more resilient and fair society. I continually explore out new ideas to challenge myself both professionally and personally in order to grow and learn. Standing alone but driving change and enabling knowledge-sharing and smooth team dynamics. For over 15 years I’ve worked for both B2B and B2C companies in multiple industries like financial services, retail, and media with clients like Coca Cola, Olympics, HSBC, Santander bank, Liberbank, Invesco, Real Madrid FC, Iberostar group, Carrefour group & multiple fashion brands. Now, as well as teaching and providing mentorship to people transitioning to this field, I offer my skills as a freelance for charities, NGOs and the public and private sector, striving to work for positive change through tech and design. Create and push for change is esencial to keep moving forward, always without forgetting that the focus is not only on people but also our ecosystem. We are agents of change!
I'm part of the Product Design leadership team at VML The Cocktail, managing top accounts from a strategic standpoint, pushing teams beyond delivery and into genuine excellence, and working shoulder to shoulder with clients to introduce new ways of working, methodologies and AI-driven initiatives that respond to the real challenges of their industries. The boundaries are shifting: AI is democratising product creation, blending design and code in ways that were previously impossible. That's why I created and drive The Lab — an internal initiative to reimagine how a design team operates when AI changes the rules of the game. I support design and client teams to automate what doesn't require human creativity or thinking, foster new ways of collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, and free designers to focus on their most strategic value: the vision, the experience and the judgement that no tool can replace. Faster delivery, higher quality and a practice that grows stronger every day. This is what design leadership means to me: making clients succeed today, while rebuilding how we work for tomorrow.
I bring a global perspective on market trends — both macro and micro — to shape product strategies built for scale, relevance and what comes next, not just a short-term fix. I work closely with clients as a strategic partner, translating their digital ambitions into products that consistently go beyond the initial brief. I own the end-to-end coordination of projects, connecting the dots across disciplines and teams to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. I lead commercial proposals, define the KPIs that keep everyone honest, and build the kind of client relationships where real co-creation happens. But what I care about most is people. I lead teams with one clear goal: accelerating their growth — because when the team grows, everything else follows.
Participating as a mentor in the Ladies That UX mentorship Programme 2022. The initiative aims to promote female talent and increase female visibility. The goal is to create a space for women in UX and tech scene of all levels to engage and talk about their experiences, both positive and negative, and get the support and inspiration that they are looking for.
Working with NGOs, Charities, Public and Private sector to create systemic change through tech and design. Always seeking the root cause to address the core and not just the visual signs of the problem, with the aim to contribute to a more resilient and fair society. Collaborating with the key stakeholders and partners of organisations to create the change needed, accelerating their digital transformation to catch up with the times and see results.
My role as a Learning Support Assistant is to enable students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) to access the curriculum as fully as possible, through a planned programme of learning support in order for them to participate in all aspects of College life, supporting them to work towards their desired outcomes, achieving their learning goals and potential. Ideally not only completing successfully their academic year but also give them the right tools to become even more capable and independent individuals.
As a Course Lead and Lecturer in Arts & Design, I design the curriculum and tutor students enabling them to achieve high end results and supporting them to reveal their potential. Working with high needs including students with learning difficulties like ASD, ADHD, PDA, SPD, and others. Striving to be that kind of teacher that when students look back, they can say: she really supported me and helped being a better person.
Designed the curriculum and lead the Product design and User Experience course in the Brand and Design Masters with a multibackground and culture group of students wanting to learn the principles of UX and product design. The students managed to conceptualise original ideas and created high end products following the steps suggested in the course and using design thinking methodologies.
