• Law Intern at KAUFFMAN Law Firm, with exclusive dedication to the Legal Department of the company MESSER Gases for Life (Brazil), in the Advisory/Preventive area (contracts). • Experience in monitoring the execution of strategic action plans, including: monitoring project activities, budget and production goals of the end-divisions of SESI, with regard to their design, implementation and evaluation, consolidating and analyzing related information Material, financial, production and budget resources, orienting the areas in the adoption of measures that enable the balance between the goals established and those realized, and between the budget demand and the financial availability, aiming to guarantee the monitoring of the operations and the obtaining of Information that will subsidize the adequate management of the financial resources of the entities, in accordance with the policies and guidelines drawn up by the Strategic Planning and Senior Management areas.
• Analyze the production of the operational units, by means of the monthly survey of statistical data, to follow the individual and institutional performances and provide data that will support the decision making.
• Participate in the preparation of plans, programs and projects of the operational units, related to strategic planning and budget, according to guidelines, objectives and priorities established by the Superior Administration, participating in meetings, evaluating presented products, researching and presenting data and information that'll support the completion of the work, as well as monitoring its execution, consolidating and reconciling the results, contribute to the adequacy and minimization of distortions in planning, budgeting and production. • Analyze the performance of the projects / activities of the operating units, through the development of a calculation systematic of results against the goals / objectives outlined, detecting distortions and seeking the necessary justifications, provide accurate information related to the investments and results of the projects . • Provide planning reports related to planning - plans, programs and projects - budget execution and production targets, analyzing and consolidating information by Operational Unit, Division and activities and identifying aspects to be highlighted and observed, aiming at endowing the results evaluation instrument company that allows a detailed view of the development and results of its operations, subsidizing the management of actions and the decision making.
• To implement the Cost and Results Project in the Regional Departments of SESI and SENAI of São Paulo (from September 2010 to December 2011), requested by the National Industry Confederation (CNI), with the support of KPMG Consulting. For this deployment, I'd trained 725 professionals (managers, technicians and administrators), between February and November 2011, in the activity-based costing methodology (ABC).
