• Direct report to Spain General Manager and dotted line to Group CFO • Responsibility and accountability of VP Group activity in Spain (as well Privalia as Vente-privee brand) Turnover B2C Managed of 280M€ and B2B 400M€. Belonging to a Group that reaches on 2,5 BN€ • Lead, supervise, encourage and train a team of 26 people (19 in Accounting (Tax & Treasury) and 7 in Controlling): 3 of them direct reports • Identify levers to increase profitability and reduce shortages. Challenging all business areas to achieve incremental EBITDA vs. objective • Design new processes to improve segregation of duties, treasury previsions control and efficiencies • Provide financial data and deal with advisors during due diligence process • Design and implement a tool to improve the profitability in commercial agreements • Leading European group integration process from a financial perspective: reporting unification, business criteria and internal control processes • Undertaking analysis about carrying on new business units, new logistic flows, new job methodologies
• Define and prepare periodic reports for both Top management and Board • Design and plan budget and forecast process • Interim manager in Italy subsidiary (from May’13 to Oct’13). Reorganization of team activities, implementing closing check-list, supervising team and internal processes and participating on business decisions • Lead Stock global workshops: conciliation, control and internal policy • Establish accounting policies (non-existent) and new reporting standards and implement them • Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements in IFRS, dealing with Group Auditing process (planning and guidelines) and preparing business models • Cooperation with Business Development during IPO process
