Partner with multiple leadership teams in Group Finance (CEC - 1 level) to define and understand their business strategy; derive and drive P&C initiatives in line with their long term vision and objectives. Act as a strategic sparring partner and proactively drive change initiatives during the Finance transformation (Enterprise Center of Excellence, Finance Transferable Skills Network). Coaching and influencing leadership teams during their leadership development journey, strengthening and further enhancing their leadership capabilities. Lead and/or participate in and actively contribute to people streams and flexible squads related to new ways of working/working in agile teams, fostering organizational effectiveness and innovation. Foster organizational value creation by closely collaborating with the P&C community, ensuring information flow and cross-pollination within the different P&C teams.
Heading the HR department of the FUCHS LUBRITECH Division. Serve as a Business Partner for business managers / executives / general managers. Providing leadership and management of the full range of HR functions; proactively leading, managing and orchestrating all HR activities in line with the overall business strategy; leading a team of HR Professionals to ensure professional HR support on a daily basis.
Responsible for and managing all HR activities covering the employee life cycle in the Region India & Southeast Asia (in total 7 countries including India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam). Partner with the regional and local leadership teams to develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with regional business strategies that foster growth, innovation and organizational effectiveness. Proactively drive and implement HR strategy, initiatives and strategic processes and procedures to establish professional HR support and build the basis for future business growth.
