As the Regional Head of P&C for Latin America, I am responsible for driving, shaping, and executing the end‑to‑end People strategy across a diverse and multicultural region. My role focuses on ensuring that our P&C priorities are tightly aligned with business objectives, financial performance, and the cultivation of a cohesive, inclusive, and high‑performing culture. I lead a regional team of HRBP's, ensuring governance, strategic alignment, and operational excellence across all countries in LATAM. Act as a Coach & Advisory to the Leadership Teams and People Managers while partnering with line managers for successful execution of all people processes (PMP, Compensation Cycle, Training & Development, Succession Planning, etc). • Global Mobility: Develop segmentation strategy for 16 countries and all related processes such as international assignees selection process, tax treatment, shadow payroll and succession plans. Manage and support as HRBP on all HR related issues for international assignees in each territory jointly with Local HR’s • Compensation: Develop and transition on new compensation strategy for international assignees, buildup compensation packages analysis, cost estimates valuation for new movements within 16 countries, internal equity analysis and economic proposals. • D&I: Development of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee under the Disability pillar.
• Compensation: Manage integral compensation consulting projects which considers all process, from job descriptions, trainings, job matching, position evaluation through Mercer methodology (International Position Evaluation – IPE), compensation benchmark competitiveness comparison, salary structures design, salary policies design, internal equity, salary packages as well as regional benefits harmonization projects and organizational restructuring. • Mobility: Advise Multinational firms on local, regional and global compensation & mobility issues leading the Mobility Center of Expertise in LATAM. Development of compensation studies with regional approach. Manager of Global challenging accounts located in LATAM with complex issues around compensation and mobility. As COE Leader, I managed a regional team (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela) in order to develop different new studies with regional approach, playing a key role in designing local studies such as cost of living in 42 mexican cities, domestic practice transfers and local car reports. Regular speaker at Mercer College Training courses in Mexico, Monterrey and LATAM region; as well as in several client events in Europe and USA.
