- Support the strategy of Grupo Bolivar - Provide knowledge of the solutions that IBM has for the banking industry. - Commercial support (account management) in order to support the strategic objectives of the customer, aligned to IBM strategy and scope - Focal point that transversely covers the entire IBM portfolio to provide customer with a complete and unique experience - Ensure customer satisfaction and conduct review and perception understanding sessions - Maintain excellent relationships with customers and provide constant support to continuously improve the perception and experience they have with IBM. - Perform the orchestration between the different IBM business units to ensure the delivery of only one vision, proposal and integrated solution to the client. - Identify new business opportunities and discuss them within IBM teams to design an action plan
