Responsible for the procurement and disposition of pharmaceutical raw materials, including monitoring of delivery performance and inventory control • Establishment, maintenance, and further development of supplier relationships, as well as identification of new sources of supply • Participation in price and contract negotiations with national and international suppliers • Development and implementation of strategies for supplier sourcing and supplier development • Support in drafting, reviewing, and optimizing purchasing and cooperation agreements • Market observation and analysis of procurement trends from a strategic purchasing perspective • Handling and follow-up of complaints, including initiation of corrective actions • Determination, evaluation, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance tracking and process improvement • Preparation and maintenance of SOPs and work instructions (WIs) • Ensuring accurate and timely execution of all assigned tasks • Compliance with regulations regarding Good Practice (GP), occupational safety, data protection, health, and environmental protection • Cost control and monitoring within the assigned cost center
