My primary role as Commercial Excellence (CE) Manager is to drive commercial and business excellence by the design, planning and implementation of commercial processes, projects and initiatives to maximise top and bottom line results. I work closely with all Departments, from Engineering to Customer Services via Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, Finances..to help improving processes and communications via all Departments with the aim to deliver the best products and services available for our customers but also for our team/business, improving/"smoothing" our processes. Reporting to the Sales Director, I prepare reports and analyses on Sales, Forecasts, Margins, Opportunities, Contracts...with the relevant analyse/background.
I managed the Sales & Technical department @ Drayton Controls by Schneider Electric which consists of 2 teams: Sales managed merchants/customer enquiries & orders of our heating products and the technical team provides technical support to our customers and end users of our heating products. Management of 1 Sales and 2 Technical (Traditional/Internet Connected) support phone lines. Managing both team on daily basis, preparing and reporting KPI to management as well as maintaining these KPI to target. Customer satisfaction rate over 90% on a monthly basis. Management of Sales and Technical administration including complaints from customer. An exciting role in an excellent company and working with great people and products! Customer care/ service for french customers of Invensys controls in england and eberle controls in germany. Job based in England. All administrative tasks from quote to order entry, shipping, invoicing, chasing payments, informing customers about products, drawings... Coordinating all enquiries between customers sales team and different plants.
