I provide psychotherapy to adults experiencing a range of mental health conditions and life challenges. I specialize in DBT, but offer a range of therapeutic options. My guiding aim to help my clients feel as good as they can about being exactly who they are.
Conduct interviews to develop psycho-social histories for clients facing criminal sentences or juvenile life resentencing. Obtain all appropriate records and develop summary analyses. Research relevant psychological, medical, cultural and other mitigating factors. Develop release plans with appropriate service organizations.
Managed a volunteer court watch program where members of the public are trained to observe and collect data on criminal and eviction court hearings. Aim was to increase public awareness of the court process and deepen understanding of the racial disparities that exist in Wisconsin's incarceration rates. Oversaw the data collection for over 20,000 court hearings. Trained volunteers on court process, data collection methods, and cultural awareness and humility.
Worked with group of volunteers to develop the Justified Anger Court Observers program. Interviewed professionals, advocates, and system-impacted individuals to understand criminal and eviction court processes to develop an effective court watch program. Led development of data collection system and training program. Engaged with key stakeholders and media to advocate for changes in court procedures that limited access to individuals appearing in court.
Developed and executed marketing strategy for consulting firm delivering CRM implementation, technology strategy and change management consulting to nonprofit organizations.
Led key projects to ensure increased accuracy and efficiency of core Advancement Services data including: - Revision of portal used across UW-Madison campus for gift deposits from all units - Completed requirements and data analysis for gift receipt redesign including simple and complex giving scenarios - Designed process and established reporting tools for overdue pledge management in conjunction with high-quality donor stewardship program - Worked with campus and development units as needed to incorporate the use of specialized online fundraising systems into gift processing workflow - Developed and implemented a process for managing donor challenge matches, including monthly fund reallocation for lead gifts - Worked with Business Intelligence team to produce KPI calculations relating to Foundation managed donor-advised funds
Managed mission-critical team of 15+ people through adoption of Blackbaud CRM. Projects included: - Led an executive task force through in depth review of outdated business processes related to gift management and provided recommendations for priority improvements - Leveraged system implementation as opportunity to redesign processes used for processing over 120K gifts per year received though 22 separate incoming gift channels - Implemented the use of customer service software by gift processing and constituent data management teams to streamline donor and colleague requests - Delivered monthly trainings to campus partners on using reports for donor stewardship activities - Implemented process for import of parent records for all incoming students - Coordinated resources with marketing team to optimize data quality for key mail and online marketing campaigns - Established key metric reporting for measuring time-to-enter for gifts
