Some careers are designed. Mine was lived. From the decks of the Indian Navy to boardrooms in Nigeria and India, I’ve worn many uniforms. Each role taught me one thing: people make or break the pulse of any system. Over time, I began to see a pattern. People on the edge of change often felt ignored, unheard, un-held. They were at mid-career pivots, or returning after a break. Burned out founders as well as students unsure of what comes next. They all carried potential, but very few had a space to pause, reset, and begin again with clarity. The systems moved on. The people did not. Nonetheless, people are the heartbeat of the space they occupy. That gap became the seed for Intellipulse. A people-first platform where dignity isn’t a nice-to-have. It’s the starting point. We design experiences, conversations, and collaborations that support those in motion with empathy, honesty, and structure. I don’t believe in quick-fix transformations. I believe in real work. Inner clarity. Structural shifts. Better questions. Fewer masks. I believe in the cake. The icing isn't the cake. The titles don’t matter as much now. The work does. And the work I care about is this: Helping people find their rhythm again, especially when the world has gone quiet.
