I’ve spent over 20 years in IT working across different roles — from development to architecture to program management. Over time, I’ve naturally moved into positions where I sit between business and technology, helping teams figure out what to build and how to actually deliver it. Lately, my focus has been on AI (especially Agentic AI), Automation (Using n8n & Zapier), and modern cloud-based systems (AWS & GCP), while continuing to work in roles related to Technical Business Analysis and Technical Program Management. What I typically work on A big part of my work involves understanding business problems, breaking them down, and translating them into something teams can build and deliver. • Gathering and refining requirements, and making them actionable • Working closely with stakeholders, dev teams, and product owners • Managing end-to-end delivery and keeping things on track • Identifying where AI or automation can actually make a difference (not just for the sake of it) AI & Automation (recent focus) I’ve been spending a lot of time building and experimenting with: • AI agents using OpenAI, CrewAI, LangGraph • Automation workflows using n8n and Zapier • AI-driven use cases like support assistants, internal tools, and workflow automation Program Management & Business Analysis Most of my experience comes from working in delivery-heavy roles where execution really matters. • Handling cross-functional teams and timelines • Bridging communication between business and tech • Managing risks, dependencies, and expectations • Making sure things don’t just get built — but actually get used Tech side (hands-on when needed) I still stay close to the tech, especially when it helps speed things up: • Python (FastAPI), APIs, PostgreSQL • AWS (architecture, migration, cost optimization) • Docker, basic Kubernetes setups • ERP and CRM systems like Odoo, Bitrix24, Vtiger, etc. I’m currently open to both: • Full-time / contract roles in Technical Program Management or Technical Business Analysis • Freelance / consulting work around AI, automation, and cloud How I like to work I usually work best in roles where I can: Talk to stakeholders and understand the real problem Work with engineers to shape the solution Stay involved until things are actually delivered and working I’m not too focused on titles — I’m more interested in solving meaningful problems and building systems that make life easier for teams. In my role at Techouts, I serve as a Technical Program Manager for Tata Digital, focusing on the Insurance Domain within the Tata Neu App. I engage closely with Product Owners to clarify business requirements and lead design walkthroughs to align development efforts. My responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely resolution of defects, which contributes to the seamless delivery of multiple product lines.

Led multidisciplinary teams spanning development, QA, deployment, and support functions. Gathered and translated business requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans.
