The thesis was about researching and optimizing statuses in the ERP system that slowed down sales and production processes. The main objective was identifying how statutes were being used, what issues they caused, what the effect of the issues was and how they could be solved. For my thesis I received an 8.7 and a 10 for my defence.
As a part of the curriculum for the Rotterdam Business School I had done an internship in Germany for the company "Walter Rau Neusser Öl und Fett AG, a Bunge company" in Neuss. During my 5 months of internship I helped with the implementation of the predefined Integrated Business Planning Process as an extension of S&OP.
