Leading the Presidential Team at RICS, where I work closely with the President, President-Elect, Senior Vice-President and senior leadership to advance our mission of setting and upholding high standards across the built environment and land sectors globally, as well as promoting the important role our members play in creating a sustainable, inclusive and resilient built and natural environment. The role focuses on driving strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration across regions, and strengthening relationships with industry stakeholders, governments, and RICS members worldwide
Overall responsible for our global and regional strategy development, planning, execution and prioritisation.
Responsible for public and private sector engagement in matters concerning real estate, construction, infrastructure and land. Pursuing RICS' vision of effecting positive change in the built and natural environments by increasing market confidence & trust with the help of our members, our standards and our thought leadership in areas such as sustainability, urbanisation, PropTech, diversity & inclusion, climate change and the future of the profession.
* Pro-active advocacy vis-a-vis EU institutions and interest groups * Analyse, decision-making support, monitoring and lobbying of EU law. * Issues included: transport, environmental, technical and safety policy * Company representative towards various national and international organisations * Organise and provide internal training sessions on the EU and its decision making process
