After finishing my Information Technology study, I started in 2007 to work for Incentro. First I focussed on Documentum ECM projects, later on I switched to Alfresco. My main field of expertise is Java. This skill is useful when performing maintenance on a live environment or when writing customizations in a project setting. Since 2014 we are using scrum, which I really like because I like to work in a self organizing team. It also leads to happy customers in the least amount of time. In 2016 I've started working for Raet because it was time for a new challenge. Part of this challenge is that they don't use Java but .NET. So new language and new tooling.
