I am a hardworking man, born in '91, without a 9 to 5 mentality. I always try to find a way to put something extra into my work. My work is a challenge in which I like to be the best. For example, in my previous job I worked as a pedagogic employee at a day-care center. There I started a sports and activities program. The children could sign in to join all sorts of activities. This program was very successful, which resulted in an improvement by more than 10% of the number of children that joined the day-care center. They also stayed longer because they had lots of fun. With my sports and educational background I always love to challenge people in a pleasant and daring way. I implemented a program that differs from the things they do normally at school. The activities were bigger organized and adjusted to the different types of children and ages. They learned new cool things and challenged themselves to do something they didn’t thought they could. This was also the reason that made my last job a big hit. Besides, a good contact with my pupils I invested in good relationships with my colleagues so that we could grow as a team. My colleagues could count on me and I was there when they needed me with all kinds of sports activities, so that they were more sure and capable to push out their boundaries in working with the children. At a certain point I decided to spread my wings and move to Denmark to live with my Danish girlfriend at that time. Here I took the first job that came in hands where I quickly grew up to become a teamleader of a logistic company. During the 4 years in Denmark I build a great functioning team and took up al the challenges that occurred along the way to succes. Here is also got in touch with a company called BARONS. When word got out that I was moving back to The Netherlands they asked if I wanted to join their team and become the Dutch country manager for BARONS.
As a e-commerce country manager I stand for the entire operation for the webshop within The Netherlands. This includes marketing, IT, customer service, managing projects and more.

In de afgelopen 3 jaar heb ik als teamleader bij een logistiek bedrijf (Dansk-e-logistik) in Denemarken gewerkt. Hier heb ik alle werkzaamheden met betrekking tot de logistiek verricht. Binnen Dansk-e-logistik had ik de verantwoordelijkheid voor het team zodat alles goed en veilig verliep. Daarbij moest ik de juiste mensen aanstellen en motiveren om de werkdruk aan te kunnen. Dit houd in dat alle orders die voor 13.00 uur binnen kwamen dezelfde dag verzonden werden. Alle goods-in en returns optijd en netjes verwerkt werden. De klantenservice goed en netjes verliep. Eventuele werkzaamheden ter verbetering van de logistieke opzetting en een schone, veilige en positieve werkomgeving creeren. Ook stond ik voor de communicatie tussen het team en het bestuur.
⦁ When i arrived in Denmark i got work as a bartender at the Irish Rover at Støget in the center of Copenhagen. I have bin working during the weekend doing the night shifts until early in the morning. My responsibilities were customer service, stocking cleaning and doing the cash. But because of long badly payed nightshifts and not enough hours for me to make a living i decided to look for a new job.
I work as a pedagogic employee at the children’s day care. I make sure that the children spend their time in a fun, safe and exploring surrounding. I started a new project in the organization where I teach the kids all different kinds of sports and do a lot of fun and challenging activities with them. During holidays I organize events for the children where they can join in for a whole week of outdoor activities such as; baseball, climbing and many other activities.
