Sandeep Krishnamurthy is the Singelyn Family Dean of the College of Business Administration and Singelyn Graduate School of Business at Cal Poly Pomona. This role involves managing the School of Business as its chief academic, and, administrative officer, with primary responsibility for faculty, students, curriculum, budgets, and external engagement.
I am the inaugural Singelyn Family Dean of the College of Business Administration and Singelyn Graduate School of Business. This position marks Cal Poly Pomona’s first endowed Deanship and is part of a recent $12.5 million transformative gift from alumni couple David and Ruth Singelyn that, among other notable investments, established the new Singelyn Graduate School of Business.
The digital transformation of business through the advent of artificial intelligence, machine learning and data analytics is widely expected to be a significant disruptor. Schools of Business shall lead this effort due to their ability to build innovative partnership with businesses, interdisciplinary connections and experience in preparing global business leaders. This learning community acts as the chief mechanism to convene business and academic leaders interested in sharing and co-creating knowledge.
