Hi There, Thank you for visiting my profile. My name is Sandeep Sharma and based out in Indore, MP at this moment and I am a Recruiter by Profession. Now a days mostly into Service delivery and People Management. I’ve more than 10 years of experience working for US Markets. My strength lies in IT Roles and IT Clients. Although I love retail and Financial domain as well. In my current role, I manage a Portfolio of several clients, out of which majority of clients are of Retail/E-Commerce domain. I am responsible of Service delivery on these accounts. A part of my job includes People Management also. Over the years, I’ve Led and Managed fairly large number of groups, that included Leads, Senior Recruiters, Mid-Level recruiters and Talent Scouts. This is the most interesting part of my role – People Management. My current clients include Cisco, Levi Strauss & Co, Sony Electronics, Sony Interactive Entertainment/ PlayStation, Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works & BMW. In my previous roles, I have Managed and Led recruitment teams, overseen delivery, helped a Recruitment startup expand their USA Operations, did Hands-On recruitment, have managed to do Account Management also.
