I am a development professional with more than 13 years of extensive experience in the area of Early Childhood Development and Education. I am presently leading the Education thematic portfolio at Bal Raksha Bharat (also known as Save the Children India) which comprises the sub-thematic areas of Early Childhood Care and Education, School Education & Safe Schools. I am responsible for the development of the programme strategy, support development of materials, training cadres of people (both internal and external) working in the sector, developing strategic partnerships, supporting the development of assessment tools and evaluations, etc. In my previous role in the organization, I was leading the Early Childhood Care and Education portfolio and was responsible for designing as well as implementing different multi-state interventions on early learning working. I also have the experience of designing and leading multi-sectoral research in the area of Early Childhood Care and Education.
