Establishing digital OEE system & Lean dashboards, Target to improve plant efficiency by 12%. 4. Set Roadmap and continuously monitoring Plants to Achieve ₹250 Cr annual savings Projects i.e. energy, contractor rationalization, process optimization, manpower redeployment initiatives and Strategic Sourcing. 5. Improving bottom-line margin by 6.5% YoY via productivity gains, lean projects, Labor Contract and Job Contract CTC optimization & supplier cost reduction.
