As part of Technology and Innovation Department, my role is to lead the projects by interacting with technology providers, preparation of comprehensive TSR, technical evaluation and feasibility analysis of whole project alongside project implementation and execution. Currently, I am engaged with projects related to Waste to Energy, Composting, Biochar Potential, Wastewater Treatment, MRF and RDF along with other innovative pathways.
I was part of Project Management Unit (PMU) at PwC consulting and dealing with client C&DS, U.P. Jal Nigam. I was handling SBM projects and dealing with clients and stakeholders. Involved in Preparation of DPR ( Wet/ Dry/ SLF/ C&D Waste/ Transfer Station) and implementation of whole project at ground level.
During my tenure as Project manager, I have actively been involved in various projects dealing with Solid and Liquid Waste water: 1. Design and Development of Technology for garden waste management in 180 gardens of Surat city 2. Capacity Building and Training in Sanitation technologies, and solid and liquid waste management in five adopted villages near Surat 3. Improving Sanitation ratings under Swach Bharat Mission 4. Garden and Horticulture Waste Management using a two stage composting method to optimise the whole system at Pandesara 5. Lignocellulosic degradations and Development of indigenous Microbial inoculant
Acted as Assistant Professor and Environment expert for various projects dealing in Environment Engineering and Waste Management Sector. I was actively involved in following things during my tenure: 1. Developing Projects and getting then funded related to Waste water and water treatment 2. Audit of various industries in Gujarat State and preparing detailed comprehensive report 3. Design of Solid Waste treatment of Gujarat city by working along with Municipalities and capacity Building 4.
