Over the past 12+ years, I've worked at the intersection of B2B SaaS, procurement digitalization, and enterprise sales, partnering with Fortune 500 companies across the DACH region and beyond to implement solutions that create real, measurable impact. At Pinpools, I led three major procurement digitalization projects for clients including Pharmaceutical, Chemical manufacturing similar to Momentive, and Stahl, integrating AI-powered should-cost systems into complex SAP Ariba environments, securing multi-year contracts, and achieving a 75% increase in C-level engagement through structured business reviews and strategic roadmap alignment. What drives me is the moment a client stops seeing a vendor and starts seeing a partner.
