What is SC ? Common definition is "have the good product , at the good moment , on the good place". People on SC are usually call "push pallets" from who see only small portion of our responsibilities. Main Responsibilities: . Develop an executable rolling three-month MPS for Manufacturing . Develop long-term two-year ends RCCP and LTP based on Global forecasted demand . Participate in Global Demand and Supply consensus meetings with the Global Demand Planner . Work with the Production Planner and Contract Manufacturers to ensure sufficient finished goods inventory supply to all worldwide affiliates . Define and manage ERP applicable parametric settings and master data. . Participant for all new product introductions or product discontinuation projects . Participant in yearly budgeting process, especially for establishment of yearly production volumes . Develop analysis and reports related to inventory level projections, recovery plans, capacity . Manages Contract Manufacturer purchase orders and communicates delivery information to DC’s and Production Planners. . Frequently reviews and maintains the integrity of systems parameters (lot/order size, lead times, Days Forward Supply, Safety Stock) and provides data for Key Performance Metrics . SAP, SCM, BI End-user . Responsible for WW finished goods management and inventory turns . Key owner of the back order process and metrics .Keeps abreast of the basic requirements for compliance in own area of work and complies with those requirements. . Assess and document business processes through value stream mapping. Identify pain points and gaps . Develop and implement optimized flows and processes .
